Flow Automation: Bulk Customer Operation
When you manually select specific customers in the Customers section of your admin panel and click More actions > Bulk operate customers, this trigger will start a workflow in the Flow Automation app. This article will help you configure the flow to batch-tag customers, update membership details, and more, making your customer management more efficient.

Testing the Workflow

- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Customers and select the target customers.

Available Templates

Tag customers as [high-value active customers]: Select existing customers in bulk to trigger this workflow. Customers who have recently spent a high amount will be tagged as [High-value Active Customers]. You can customize tag conditions and tag names.
