Store Management: Keep SHOPLINE Payments Active During Same-Entity Transfer

When transferring your store ownership within the same legal entity, you can now keep your existing SHOPLINE Payments account active throughout the process.
Previously, you were required to deactivate your SHOPLINE Payments account before transferring store ownership. Now, you have the option to retain the account by submitting a transfer application to SHOPLINE Customer Support.

Please note that this feature is only available for same-entity store transfers. Transfers involving different legal entities still require full KYC reviews, per SHOPLINE Payments policies. |
