Flow Automation: Scheduling and Automating Sales or Order Data Reports
In Flow Automation, you can use the Send Counter Report action to compile selected counters into a report and automatically send it to a specified email address. This helps you regularly track key metrics and analyze sales performance with ease.

Field Descriptions
When configuring the Send Counter Report action, you can manually input field values or use dynamic parameters to customize the report content.
| Field | Description |
| Report Name | Enter a custom name for the report to help with future identification and management. |
| Included Counters | Filter and select the counters you want to include in the report. You can add up to 50 counters. |
| Recipient Email | Specify the email address(es) where the report will be sent. Multiple recipients are supported. |

Understanding What's Included in a Counter Report
A Counter Report only includes the aggregated totals of the counters you select — it does not include itemized, record-level details such as individual order IDs, customer names, or per-order values.
For example, a counter named "country order counter in May" reports as a single number, not a list of the individual orders that contributed to that total.
| Important: If you need itemized order or customer records — for example, a list of specific orders with their order ID, customer name, and order value — a Counter Report is not the right tool. Go to Orders, click Export, and select Order report to receive a detailed CSV file by email instead. For full instructions, see "Exporting Order Data." |
