Checkout Address Fields (Advanced Address Settings): Standardizing to Level 2 with Custom Template Control

To support long-term growth, the Checkout address structure will be standardized up to Level 2 (Country and State/Province) across all markets. For more detailed address levels, merchants can manage them independently in Advanced Address Settings > Address Data Management by customizing address templates. This change helps resolve legacy data issues and gives merchants more flexibility to meet local needs.
