Flow Automation: Triggering Workflows When a Customer Is Unblocked
When a customer is unblocked from the blacklist, the Customer Is Re-enabled trigger in Flow Automation will be automatically initiated. You can use this workflow to notify internal staff, tag customers, adjust membership levels, and more, helping you streamline your customer management process.

Testing the Workflow
To verify that the workflow is triggered correctly, follow the steps below to create a test customer:
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Customers and click Add customer to create a test profile. (We recommend filling in fields like name or email to help identify the test customer later.)
- After creating the test customer, locate and select it from the customer list to open the customer details page. Then, in the customer’s basic information section, click Add to blacklist.
- On the same page, click Remove from blacklist to trigger the workflow.
- Finally, verify whether the trigger works correctly according to the conditions configured in your workflow.
