Flow Automation: Updating Basic Product Information – SHOPLINE Help Center

In Flow Automation, you can use the Update Product Information action to update basic product details, such as product name, brand, and more. Only fill in the fields you want to update—you don’t need to complete all fields.

Note: Any value entered will overwrite the existing information. If you want to append content to the existing data, first select the corresponding parameter, then enter the additional content.

Field Descriptions

Field	Description
Product Description	Enter text directly or select a parameter to update product information.
Brand Name	Update the brand name for the product.
Product Sales Channel	Specify which channels the product will be published on.
Product Summary	Provide or update the short description for the product.
Product Title	Update the product’s display title.

Bulk update product brands: Select existing products in the product section to trigger the workflow. When selected products match the specified brand condition, their brand names will be updated to the one you set. You can add more conditions as needed.
