Flow Automation: Scheduled Trigger
You can use the Scheduled Trigger in a Flow Automation workflow to run actions automatically at a specific time or on a recurring schedule—daily, weekly, or monthly. This helps automate routine operations such as generating reports, tagging products, or sending notifications, so your team doesn’t have to manage these tasks manually. Scheduled workflows are ideal for managing time-based campaigns, maintaining product data, or sending regular performance updates.

Testing the Workflow
To test whether the Scheduled Trigger workflow functions correctly, follow these steps:
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Flow Automation and click Create custom flow.
- Select the Scheduled times trigger. Set the first trigger time, then choose whether to repeat the trigger at regular intervals.

Available Templates

- Weekly discount code usage report: Generate and email a discount code performance report every week. Each report can include up to 50 records.
- Notify staff of low-stock products weekly: Every week, send an inventory report for low-stock items to your team. Each report can include up to 50 records.
- Add products with specific tags to categories on a schedule: Identify tagged products and automatically assign them to a target category.
- Daily out-of-stock report: Send a daily report on out-of-stock items to staff. Each batch can support up to 50 products.
- Tag multiple specified products: Check products for vendor details and apply tags accordingly. Each batch can support up to 100 products.
- Tag products from a specific supplier: Automatically tag products from a particular vendor. Each batch can support up to 100 products.
- Unpublish products in a category on a schedule: Automatically unpublish products from a category if created after a specified time. Each batch can support up to 100 products.
- Publish vendor products on a schedule: Publish products from a vendor if created after a given date. Each batch can support up to 100 products.
- Reset counter values on a schedule: Automatically reset counter values at daily, weekly, or monthly intervals.
- Get daily top 50 selling products: Identify and email a list of the store’s top 50 products by sales volume.
- Tag incomplete orders: Tag up to 100 orders marked as "Processing" to indicate they are incomplete.
