SHOPLINE would charge merchants transaction fee based on the plan chosen.
- When there's an outstanding amount to be paid, an alert would be displayed on top of SHOPLINE admin panel, as well as SHOPLINE would send a reminder email.
- Please make sure you settle the payment as soon as possible after you receive the reminder. Otherwise, the store would freeze. System would also change the store status to [Close] automatically.
- You can check on the bills in SHOPLINE admin panel > [Settings] > [Plan] > [View the Bill] and settle the payment ; Or simply click on the [Pay] button set in the Reminder.
