Setting Up Shipping for a Market
You can configure shipping options for each market to ensure customers see accurate delivery methods and fees during checkout. The shipping settings in Markets serve as a management entry point only — when you manage shipping for a market, you will be directed to the Shipping and delivery section of the SHOPLINE admin to complete the actual configuration. This setup helps you manage different regions more efficiently and provides a better shopping experience.
Configuring Market Shipping

In your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Settings > Markets and select the market you want to configure (e.g., Europe, United States, Japan).

On the market settings page, locate the Shipping option and click Manage.

Here, you can view the list of supported countries or regions within the market (e.g., Portugal, Sweden, Germany).

Select a country or region to view the applicable shipping plan name and delivery fee.

To manage the shipping plans for a specific country or region, click Manage to enter the Shipping and delivery section of your admin panel, then adjust the plans as needed.
