Flow Automation: Triggering Workflows When a Fulfillment Package Is Created
You can use the Create a fulfillment package trigger in Flow Automation to start a workflow the moment a fulfillment package is registered for an order—whether staff mark the order as shipped or your ERP syncs the shipping data. This helps automate routine operations such as sending notifications and updating metrics, so teams don’t have to manage these tasks manually.
This guide will explain when to use the trigger, how to test it end to end, and how to apply a real-world example to automate communications and updates.
