Multi-platform Store Migration Privacy Policy

Multi-platform Store Migration (hereinafter referred to as "Plugin") is a migration plugin provided by SHOPLINE to help SHOPLINE merchants (hereinafter referred to as “you”) quickly migrate store data from other platforms (such as Shopify, Shoplazza, WooCommerce, etc.) to SHOPLINE.
Plugin provides services exclusively to users aged 18 and above. We do not collect or offer any products and/or services on our website to minors under the age of 18. Before using our products and/or services, please confirm you meet the age requirement and have carefully read and understood the contents of this Privacy Policy. We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors under 18. If you discover we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, please notify us immediately, and we will promptly delete the relevant personal information.
Before using Plugin, you must read and accept all terms and conditions referenced or linked herein, including but not limited to the SHOPLINE User Agreement, SHOPLINE Privacy Policy, and other agreements listed on SHOPLINE websites.
1. How do we collect and process personal information?

Plugin itself does not directly share personal information with third parties. However, all personal information you upload or provide to Plugin will be synchronized and shared with your SHOPLINE store. 3. International Transfer of Personal Information
Plugin does not permanently store any of your personal information. Data synchronized during migration may be transmitted via Plugin's system to AWS cloud servers in Virginia, USA. Your personal information will only be temporarily stored if data export fails, for a maximum period not exceeding six (6) months. After this period, it will be automatically deleted. Plugin serves solely as a technical tool to facilitate data transfer and will not independently export, store, or analyze any personal information. 4. How You Can Exercise Your User Rights
When using Plugin, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and may request restrictions on or object to certain processing activities. Please note that if a consumer (i.e., your direct customer) makes a request concerning their personal information, you should handle it yourself. Unless you proactively request our assistance, we will forward such requests to you or direct the relevant user to seek assistance from you directly.

- Deletion: the act of removing personal information from the system involved in the realization of routine service functions, so that it cannot be retrieved or accessed.
