Action Required: Use the Checkout Customizer app to manage Payment Sorting/Hiding before the current feature retires on Dec 31

Dear Merchant,

The Payment Method Configuration feature (Settings > Checkout Settings) will be discontinued on December 31, 2025. This includes all payment sorting and hiding rules on your checkout page.

After this date, previous payment sorting and hiding settings will no longer apply.

Action Needed

Before December 31, 2025, please:

  1. Install the Checkout Customizer app 
  2. Recreate your payment method rules under Manager > Add rules, including:
    • Display order
    • Hiding conditions (by method, country/region, or amount)
    • Naming or visibility adjustments
