Markets: Set Payment Currencies by Country or Region

Payment currencies can now be configured per payment method by country or region within each enabled market, supporting a more localized checkout experience.
After global payment methods are set up, supported options appear automatically for each market. You can then choose to use the store currency, market base currency, or local currency based on your pricing strategy.
