Compared to the previous version, Smart Feed (New) introduces major improvements in multi-market support, feed quality, and usability.

What’s New in Smart Feed (New)?
Compared to the previous version, Smart Feed (New) includes the following key upgrades:
- Multi-market support for Google feeds: You can sync product feeds by target country, using the correct local currency and language for Google Merchant Center (GMC).
- Meta feed upgrade via Content API: Product data is now synced using Meta Content API, with support for syncing product categories as Collections in Meta catalogs.
- Reusable universal XML feed: Create one set of feed rules and reuse it across multiple channels to reduce setup and maintenance effort.
- Pre-configured best-practice fields: Smart Feed applies recommended field mappings based on each platform’s best practices to improve feed quality and ad learning performance.
- Product preview before submission: Preview how your products will appear in each channel before submitting them.
- Clearer error messages and diagnostics: Errors are now grouped and displayed more clearly, making it easier to identify and fix issues.
- Faster migration from the previous Smart Feed: The migration flow is simplified, with significantly reduced migration time.
- Faster product syncing from SHOPLINE: Products are pulled from your SHOPLINE store more quickly, reducing waiting time.
- More flexible product filtering rules: Enhanced filtering supports more precise inclusion or exclusion using product IDs.
Before You Start: Preparation Checklist
Before using Smart Feed (New), make sure the following conditions are met:
- Products are published in SHOPLINE: Products must be created in SHOPLINE (via admin, import, or Open API).
- Online Store channel is enabled for products: Advertising platforms validate product URLs. Products must be accessible on your storefront.
- Accounts ready for Content API channels: For Google, Meta, and Snapchat, prepare the required accounts:
- Google account & Google Merchant Center (GMC)
- Meta personal account & Business Manager (BM)
- Snapchat personal account & Snapchat business account
| Note: If you change any linked accounts, you must reauthorize and re-enable the feed. |
- Products that will NOT be synced: If you cannot find a product in Smart Feed, check whether it falls under these conditions:
- Deleted products
- Unpublished products
- Online Store channel not enabled
- Risk-controlled (unsellable) products
- Hidden products (via plugins)
- Custom products created in orders (e.g. shipping insurance)
- Products scheduled for future release
- Inventory-tracked products with zero stock and overselling disabled
