Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Why does the checkout amount differ from the original abandoned checkout?
A1: The migrated abandoned checkout contains static data. When a customer re-enters the checkout page, the system recalculates the total based on current SHOPLINE settings, including product prices, discounts and shipping fees. To keep the amount consistent, ensure that your product, promotion, and shipping configurations match those on the original platform.
Q2: Why does the abandoned checkout amount change in the admin?
A2: When a customer re-enters the checkout page, the system re-calculates the amount based on the latest rules. The abandoned checkout data in the SHOPLINE admin will also be updated accordingly.
