Creating SHOPLINE Shipping Labels (MY/SG)
You can purchase shipping labels directly from the Orders section for one or multiple orders to streamline your fulfillment process. This guide will walk you through:
- Activating shipping services
- Creating single or bulk shipping labels
- Scheduling pickups or dropping off parcels
- Managing shipping labels
These features help you fulfill orders more efficiently and improve customer satisfaction.

Before You Start: Setup and Service Activation
Before creating shipping labels, it is recommended that you complete the initial setup and enable the required services for SHOPLINE Shipping. These steps—including enabling markets, reviewing carrier requirements, and activating shipping services—are covered in the "Getting Started with SHOPLINE Shipping" guide.
Please refer to that guide and ensure the following are completed:
- The relevant market is enabled.
- Required shipping services have been activated.
- Orders meet the packaging and shipping requirements of the selected carriers.
| Note: Each carrier has its own service terms and parcel requirements. It is recommended to review the relevant guidelines in advance to avoid issues during label creation and shipment. |
Once the above setup is complete, you can proceed with creating shipping labels in this guide.
Creating a Shipping Label for an Individual Order
To create a shipping label for a single order, follow these steps:

Go to Orders and select the target order.
- If the order meets the following conditions, the Create shipping label button will appear:
- Your account has permission to create shipping labels.
- The order status is not "Cancelled".
- There are unfulfilled items in the order.
- The shipping and delivery addresses are within the service coverage.
- The shipping and recipient information is complete, including:
- Name
- Phone number
- Postal code
- Country/Region
- State/Province
- City
Click Create shipping label to generate a shipping label for the order.
- The system will automatically populate shipping information, which you can adjust as needed:

Shipping Addresses:
- Sender address: Defaults to your store address (not editable).
- Recipient address: Pulled from the order (editable).

Product Quantity:
- Automatically filled with the maximum fulfillable quantity.

Package and Weight:
- Defaults to the configuration under Settings > Shipping and delivery > Package.
- Total weight is calculated automatically.
Note: If you choose to add a package manually, please note the following:
- Package dimensions are automatically rounded up (decimals are not supported).
- Manual settings apply only to the current shipment and will not be saved. For future use, configure package settings under Settings > Shipping and delivery > Package.

Shipping Services:

Preferences: The system will match available shipping services based on your shipment details. Eligible services are listed from lowest to highest cost. If the customer selected a shipping option at checkout, it will be marked as Customer-selected service.
Note: The displayed prices are estimates. The final charge may be affected by taxes, exchange rates, and other factors. Please refer to the carrier’s actual assessment for the final billing amount. -
All: If no services match the shipment, switch to the All tab to view compatible but currently disabled services. You can choose to enable them.
Note: Services enabled for a single shipment will not be saved. To enable a service permanently, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery > Shipping label.

Pickup Method: You can choose one of the following options:
- Schedule pickup
- Drop off
Note: Pickup rules vary by carrier. It is recommended to review the relevant guidelines in advance.

In the Summary section, review the estimated cost, select the shipping date, and choose whether to notify the customer. Then, click Purchase shipping label and follow the prompts to complete the payment.
Note: The system will check for any outstanding or unvoided logistics bills. You must resolve these before purchasing a new shipping label. -
After successful payment, the label will be generated under Orders > Shipping labels. If a pickup has been scheduled, the following information will be displayed:
- Number of parcels to be picked up
- Pickup time
- Carrier name
Creating Shipping Labels for Multiple Orders
You can create shipping labels for multiple orders at once to improve efficiency.
Bulk Creation Limitations
- You can select up to 50 orders at a time.
- If the total number of records exceeds 250, an error will occur (reduce the quantity and try again).
Steps to Create Labels in Bulk

Go to the Orders section, select multiple orders, and click Create shipping label.
- On the bulk creation page, the system will automatically populate relevant shipping information and match suitable shipping services based on your selections. You can:

Edit Individually: Hover over a specific order and click the down arrow to modify details such as the delivery address, items, package, weight, shipping service, email, and notes.

Batch Edit: Select multiple orders to perform batch actions:
- Edit package: Change the package type for selected orders.
- Edit shipping services: Adjust the selected shipping services.
- Edit pickup method: In Quick setup, the system automatically selects the earliest available pickup time, while Set separately allows you to customize the pickup date and time for each order
- More actions > Edit total weight: Modify the total package weight.
- More actions > Remove label: Delete shipping labels in bulk.

Click Purchase x label(s).
Note: The system will check for any unpaid or non-voided invoices. If any exist, you must resolve them before proceeding. - The system will display a cost summary, including the number of labels per carrier, individual charges, and the estimated total shipping cost.
- Select the shipping date, check the box to notify customers, choose a payment method, and click Pay now to complete the payment.
Exception Handling
If some labels fail to be purchased:
- A notification banner will appear.
- You can click to view the failure reasons and make corrections.
Manage Shipping Labels
After payment is completed, you can view all shipping labels under Orders > Shipping Labels.
On this page, you can centrally manage all shipping records and track pickup statuses.
