Using Ninja Van with SHOPLINE Shipping (MY & SG)
SHOPLINE has partnered with Ninja Van, a leading logistics company in Southeast Asia, to simplify order fulfillment for merchants. If you are shipping within supported regions, you can activate SHOPLINE Shipping to access Ninja Van services directly from your SHOPLINE Admin and manage your shipments with ease.
With this integration, you can streamline your shipping operations, handle orders more efficiently, and benefit from reliable delivery services with convenient support. Please review the guidelines below to get started and ensure a smooth shipping experience for your business.
Ninja Van Shipping Services
You can ship domestically within Singapore and Malaysia using the following Ninja Van services:

Ninja Van Shipping Guidelines
Package Requirements
Ensure your parcel meets these Ninja Van requirements:
- Weight limit: 30 kg
- Size limit: Length + Width + Height ≤ 150 cm
Packaging Guidelines
Prepare your package according to the following requirements:
- Use appropriate packaging with sufficient cushioning materials to protect fragile items and prevent damage during transit.
- Attach a clear and accurate shipping label on the outer packaging. Parcels that are not properly packaged or labeled may be re-labeled or repackaged by Ninja Van, with costs borne by the sender.
- Ninja Van reserves the right to reject any parcel that does not meet packaging or labeling requirements.

Prohibited Items
Ninja Van does not accept certain items for shipment. Please review the list of prohibited items carefully and ensure your parcels do not contain any prohibited items before shipping with Ninja Van.
| Note: Effective from 9 June 2025, any parcel shipped to East Malaysia containing prohibited items will be disposed of immediately without prior notice or compensation, and will not be returned to the sender. |
Dropping Off Your Packages
Door-to-Door Pickup
Ninja Van supports scheduled pickup services once an order is created. You may schedule a pickup up to 7 days in advance. The courier will arrive between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM on the scheduled date and will contact you before arrival.
A pickup fee of RM3 per trip will be charged if fewer than 3 parcels are collected per pickup.
Self-Drop Off
You can drop off your packages at the nearest Ninja Van location. Please refer to the available Ninja points and their operating hours.
Basic Liability Coverage from Ninja Van
Ninja Van provides compensation for lost or damaged shipments due to courier handling issues. The coverage amount is based on the declared value of the parcel or up to RM200, whichever is lower.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please contact Ninja Van within 7 days from the status update. Compensation will be processed once Ninja Van confirms that the parcel is lost.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please report the issue to the SHOPLINE Customer Support team within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. You will also need to provide the following documents for investigation:
- Photos of damaged items, inner and outer packaging, and fragile labels
- Copy of the shipping label
- Invoice of the shipment

Calculating Ninja Van Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined based on SHOPLINE’s account with Ninja Van.
Ninja Van calculates parcel weight using either the actual weight or the volumetric weight (VW), whichever is greater. The shipping fee is then charged based on this higher value after measurement at the distribution center.
| Note: The volumetric weight is calculated as: VW= (Height × Width × Length) in cm ÷ 5000. |
