SHOPLINE has partnered with SkyNet, a leading logistics provider in Malaysia, to make order fulfillment easier for merchants. If you are shipping within Malaysia, you can activate SHOPLINE Shipping to access SkyNet services directly from your SHOPLINE Admin and easily ship your packages domestically.
With this integration, you can manage your shipping process more efficiently, rely on trusted delivery services, and receive convenient support. Please review the guidelines below to get started and ensure a smooth shipping experience for your business.
Considerations for Shipping Packages with SkyNet
When using SHOPLINE Shipping with SkyNet, keep the following in mind:
- Each pickup requires a minimum of 4 parcels.

Package Requirements
Ensure your parcel meets these SkyNet requirements:
- Weight limit: 1,000 kg
- Size limit: 180 cm x 150 cm x 150 cm
Packaging Guidelines
Prepare your package according to the following requirements:
- Parcels that are not properly packaged or labeled may be re-labeled or repackaged by SkyNet, and any associated costs will be borne by the sender.
- SkyNet reserves the right to reject any parcel that does not meet packaging or labeling requirements.

Prohibited Items
SkyNet does not accept dangerous or restricted items for shipment. Please check the table below to ensure your parcels do not contain any prohibited items.
- Dangerous items: Including but not limited to radioactive materials, compressed gases, flammable liquids/solids/gases, oxidizing materials, toxic substances, corrosives, and organic peroxides.
- Restricted items: Including but not limited to drugs, tobacco, plants, alcohol, mobile phones, firearms, livestock, jewelry, perishable goods, pornographic materials, cash, medicines, gemstones, pirated media, passports, and IATA-restricted items.
Dropping Off Your Packages
Door-to-Door Pickup
SkyNet supports scheduled pickup services once an order is created. Pickups are arranged based on daily shipment volume. A minimum of 4 parcels is required per pickup. It is recommended to schedule pickups one day in advance.
For parcels exceeding 30 kg, pickup and drop-off locations must be equipped with the necessary handling equipment.
Self-Drop Off
You can drop off your packages at the nearest SkyNet location. Please refer to the available SkyNet drop-off points and their operating hours.
Basic Liability Coverage from SkyNet
SkyNet provides compensation for lost or damaged shipments due to courier handling issues. The coverage amount is based on the declared value of the parcel, up to RM200, whichever is lower.
Lost Parcels
For lost parcels, please contact us within 7 business days after shipment. Compensation will be processed once SkyNet confirms that the parcel is lost.
Damaged Parcels
For damaged or missing parcels, please notify the SHOPLINE Customer Support team within 48 hours (2 business days) of receiving the parcel. Both sender and receiver are required to provide sufficient evidence for claim processing, including:
- Photos of damaged items and packaging (inner and outer)
- Copy of the shipping label
- Invoice of the shipment

Calculating SkyNet Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined based on SHOPLINE’s account with SkyNet.
Parcel weight is calculated using either the actual weight or the volumetric (VM) weight, whichever is greater.
