Calculating DHL eCommerce Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined based on SHOPLINE’s account with DHL eCommerce.
-
Parcel weight is calculated using either the actual weight or the volumetric weight (VW), whichever is greater.
Note: The volumetric weight is calculated as: VW = (Height × Width × Length) in cm ÷ 5000. - DHL eCommerce measures both the actual weight and volumetric weight at its distribution center and charges the shipping fee based on the higher value.
