Using J&T with SHOPLINE Shipping (SG)
SHOPLINE has partnered with J&T, a global logistics provider in Southeast Asia and China, to make order fulfillment easier for merchants. If you are shipping within Singapore, you can activate SHOPLINE Shipping to access J&T services directly from your SHOPLINE Admin and manage your shipments with ease.
With this integration, you can streamline your shipping process and rely on trusted delivery services with convenient support. Please review the guidelines below to get started and ensure a smooth shipping experience for your business.
Considerations for Shipping Packages with J&T
When using SHOPLINE Shipping with J&T, keep the following in mind:
- A surcharge of USD 0.50 per additional kilogram will be applied for parcels exceeding 30 kg.
- Self-drop off service is not available.

You can ship domestically within Singapore using the following J&T services:

Package Requirements
Ensure your parcel meets these J&T requirements:
- Weight limit: 60 kg
- Size limit: Length + Width + Height ≤ 300 cm
Packaging Guidelines
Prepare your package according to the following requirements:
- Parcels that are not properly packaged or labeled may be re-labeled or repackaged by J&T, and any associated costs will be borne by the sender.
- J&T reserves the right to reject any parcel that does not meet packaging or labeling requirements.

Prohibited Items
J&T does not accept certain items for shipment. Please review the list of prohibited items carefully and ensure your parcels do not contain any prohibited items before shipping with J&T.
Dropping Off Your Packages
Door-to-Door Pickup
J&T supports scheduled pickup services once an order is created. The courier will collect parcels at your selected time slot and will contact you before arrival.
If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned to the sender. A delivery fee will then be charged to the sender as the cost of completing the delivery .
Basic Liability Coverage from J&T
J&T provides compensation for lost or damaged shipments due to courier handling issues. The coverage amount is based on the declared value of the parcel, up to SGD100, whichever is lower.
Lost Parcels
If you suspect that your parcel is lost, please contact the SHOLINE CUstomer Support team and provide the following information:
- Tracking number
- Description of parcel contents
- Delivery address
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the parcel. You will also need to provide the following documents for investigation:
- Photo of the shipping label
- Photo of the inner and outer packaging
- Photos of the parcel and damaged items
- Shipment invoice with tracking number
Failure to submit a claim within the specified time or provide the required documents may result in the claim being rejected, and no compensation will be provided.

Calculating J&T Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined based on SHOPLINE’s account with J&T.

Parcel weight is calculated using either the actual weight or the volumetric weight (VW), whichever is greater, and is subject to consumption tax.
Note: The volumetric weight is calculated as: VW = (Height × Width × Length) in cm ÷ 5000. - J&T measures both the actual weight and volumetric weight at its distribution center and charges the shipping fee based on the higher value.
