SHOPLINE OpenAPI Legacy Versions Will Be Retired on September 30, 2026 – SHOPLINE Help Center

Dear Merchant,

To improve the stability of our platform and provide a better developer experience, SHOPLINE will gradually retire legacy OpenAPI versions and discontinue support for outdated API releases.

Impact Scope

This change affects applications and integrations using API versions earlier than v20250301, such as v20241201, v20230901, and other older versions.

Important Dates

Starting June 1, 2026: Legacy API versions will be marked as Deprecated in the developer documentation. These versions will continue to function, but we strongly recommend beginning your migration as soon as possible.
Starting September 30, 2026: All API versions earlier than v20250301 will be officially retired and will no longer be available. API requests to these versions will stop working, and the related documentation will be removed from the developer documentation.

What You Need to Do

Please review the API version used by your application or integration and upgrade it as soon as possible. To access the latest features and ensure the best compatibility, we recommend upgrading to the current stable version: v20260301
