1. Feature Introduction
The [Smart Search Recommendation] app provides intelligent recommendation of products and relevant terms in store search scenarios for customers. The special algorithm will intelligently recommend quality terms and products based on multi-dimensional analysis of product browsing data, conversion data and other types of data.
2. Feature Guidance - Intelligent Recommendation on Entering Terms and Products
This feature will be available as soon as you install the Smart Search Recommendation app in your SHOPLINE shop. Thereafter, relevant products and terms will be suggested to consumers when they enter keywords in the shop search bar.
3. Feature Guidance - Recommend Before Searching
With this feature, you can set [Default recommended search terms] and [Default recommended products], helping you get better product exposure based on actual needs.

Default recommended search terms
You can enable this function to pre-set recommended search terms and associate them with the corresponding product categories.
Step 1: Click [Create a recommended search term]
Step 2: Fill in the [Search recommended search terms] and select the [Redirects of recommended search terms] for binding, which means the corresponding recommended product categories.
Once ready, choose [apply to store].
Note:
1. You can add up to 10 search terms
2. To delete a search term, just click on the [delete] icon

Default recommended products
By adding recommended products, predefined recommended products will be displayed when customers click on the search bar again
Step 1: Click [Add a recommended product].
Step 2: Select product and click [Add]
Note:
1. You can add up to 5 recommended products
2. You can quickly select the product you want by using the search filter bar above the selector
3. To replace or delete a preset recommended product, click the [Replace] icon above to reselect or the [Delete] icon below to delete it.
Once ready, choose [apply to store].
Step 3: Click [Update] to synchronize [Recommend before searching] presets to the store.
4. Feature Guidance - Search Settings

Search Settings
You can set search recommendations according to actual needs, and you can choose to combine search recommendations based on [Product title], [Product SKU], [Product description], [Product summary], [Product tag], and [Brand priority].
2. Keyword Redirection
You can set the jump interface corresponding to a specific keyword. When the customer enters the keyword in the store search bar, the jump page will be automatically recommended.
Step 1: Click [New Keyword]
Step 2: Enter [redirect keywords] and select [keyword link custom page]
Step 3: Click [Update] to active the setting.
Note:
1. You can add up to 10 redirect keywords.
2. To delete, click on the delete button.
Additional Reminder:
If you have written custom code to the theme, the [Add] button for the [Recommended Products] function in the search bar on the consumer side may not be available because the theme template data has not been updated. You can fix the problem by updating the theme template and re-writing the custom code.
