Getting Paid
SHOPLINE Payments is the simplest way to accept payments online. It eliminates the hassle of setting up a merchant account with a third-party payment provider and then entering your account credentials in SHOPLINE. Because SHOPLINE Payments is natively integrated with your store, you can view your payouts directly in the SHOPLINE Admin.
In Canada, the payout details are as follows:
- Payout schedule: T+4 working days (e.g., if T-day is January 6, 2025, funds will be processed by January 10, 2025).
- Minimum payout amount: CAD 15.00 (payout fee: CAD 0.70) / USD 10.00 (payout fee: USD 0.50)
Please note that it may take an additional 1–3 working days, depending on your bank's processing time, for the funds to be deposited into your bank account.
Public Holiday Calendar for Canada (2026)
To help you better anticipate payout processing timelines in 2026, the following public holiday calendar lists the official public holidays in Canada that may affect SHOPLINE Payments payout processing.
On public holidays, banks and payment processing services may be closed or operate with limited capacity, which can delay payout processing. We recommend referring to this calendar when planning your cash flow or estimating when funds will be credited to your bank account.
