Payments: Align Payment Collection with Your Fulfillment Timeline
Payment collection can now be configured to match your fulfillment process. Choose to collect payments automatically at checkout, automatically when an order is fully fulfilled, or manually from the order page. For orders fulfilled in multiple shipments, you can also capture payments in stages as each shipment is fulfilled.
This flexibility helps reduce payment disputes, align cash flow with fulfillment, and lower the risk of declined payment captures.
