Managing Discounts from the Discount List
The Discounts page gives you a central place to find and manage the discount campaigns in your store. You can search and filter discounts, save frequently used views, customize the information shown in the list, and access additional discount settings.
This guide explains how to use the discount list to efficiently find and manage your discount campaigns.
Accessing the Discount List
From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Discounts.
At the top of the page, you can view an overview of your discount performance, including Sales, Orders, Discount amount, and ROI. Below the overview is the discount list, where you can find and manage your discount campaigns.

Searching for Discounts
Use the search bar above the discount list to quickly locate a specific discount:

Click the dropdown next to the search bar and select what you want to search by:
- Activity name: Supports fuzzy search. Enter part or all of an activity name to find activities containing the entered text.
- Discount code: Supports prefix search. Enter the full code or its beginning to find codes that start with the entered text.
- Enter your search term in the search bar.
The discount list updates to show matching campaigns.
Filtering Discounts
You can narrow down the discount list using the status tabs, quick filters, or additional filters.
Filtering by Campaign Status
Use the tabs above the discount list to quickly view campaigns based on their current status:
- All: Displays all discount campaigns.
- Active: Displays campaigns that are currently active.
- Scheduled: Displays campaigns scheduled to become active.
- Expired: Displays campaigns that have ended.
Using Quick Filters
Two frequently used filters are available directly above the discount list:
- Discount method: Filter by Coupon code or Automatic discount.

Type: Filter by discount type. Available types include:
- Percentage discount
- Fixed amount
- Buy X get Y
- Free shipping
- Discount on Nth item
- Price for multiple items
- Discount on the lowest-priced item
You can select multiple values within a filter.
Using More Filters
For more specific filtering, click More Filters.
The Filter panel provides additional conditions that you can combine to narrow down your results:
| Filter | What you can filter by |
| Discount method | Discount methods, such as Coupon code or Automatic discount |
| Type | Discount types, such as Percentage discount, Fixed amount, Buy X get Y, or Free shipping |
| Discount amount | A discount amount range based on the minimum and/or maximum discount amount |
| Discount percentage | A discount percentage range based on the minimum and/or maximum discount percentage |
| Customer eligibility | Customer eligibility. Select Include or Exclude, then select one or more of the following as filter criteria: All customers, Specific customers, Specific customer segments, or Specific membership levels. |
| Specific customers | Specific customers. Select Include or Exclude, then search for and select one or more customers. |
| Specific customer segments | Specific customer segments. Select Include or Exclude, then select one or more customer segments. |
| Specific membership levels | Specific membership levels. Select Include or Exclude, then select one or more membership levels. |
| Source | Discount creation sources, such as manually created discount codes, Cart Upsell - Progress Bar, Product Upsell & Add-ons, Affiliate Marketing, or Member System |
| Campaign status | Campaign statuses, such as Active, Scheduled, or Expired |
| Sales channel | Sales channels, such as Online or POS |
| Effective date | Effective date ranges, such as the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 12 months |
| Login account type | Login account types, such as DTC accounts or B2B accounts |
| Used | Usage counts that are greater than, less than, or equal to a specified number |
| Note: Only one of the following filters can be used at a time: Customer eligibility, Specific customers, Specific customer segments, or Specific membership levels. These filters also can't be used with Sales channel. Once you select one, all other incompatible filters are grayed out and unavailable. |
Select the conditions you need, then click Complete to apply them. You can combine conditions from different filters to further narrow down the list.
To remove your selections before applying them, click Reset. You can also click Clear within an individual filter to clear only that filter's selections.
Saving Frequently Used Discount Views
If you regularly use the same search and filter conditions, you can save them as a custom view for quicker access.
- Apply the search and filter conditions you want to save.

Click Create tab.

In the pop-up window, enter a name for the view, then click Save to create it.
The saved view appears as a tab alongside the default All, Active, Scheduled, and Expired tabs, allowing you to quickly return to the same set of conditions.
Customizing the Discount List
Click Edit columns to control which information appears in the discount list and how the columns are arranged.
In the Edit columns panel, you can:

Select or deselect columns to show or hide them.
Note: Campaign name is fixed and can't be deselected. - Drag columns using the drag handles to change their order.
- Click Update to apply your changes.
- Click Reset to restore the default column configuration.
Available columns include Note, Discount code, Discount conditions, Customer eligibility, Status, Sales channel, Active dates, Discount method, Discount type, Stackable discount, Used, and Actions.
Customizing the columns can help you keep the information most relevant to your workflow visible without opening individual campaigns.
Exporting Discount Campaigns
You can export the discount campaign list to a file for further review or analysis.
- On the Discounts page, search for or filter discount campaigns as needed.

Click Export in the upper-right corner of the discount campaign list.

In the pop-up window, select the campaign scope for the export.
- Click Export to generate the file.
Accessing Additional Discount Settings
Click More in the upper-right corner of the Discounts page to access additional discount-related settings and tools:
- Set priority of Discount type: Configure the priority used when different discount types apply. For details, refer to "Understanding Discount Activation Rules."
- Validation Rules for Guest User Activities: Configure validation rules for discount activities used by guest customers.
- Custom styles for discounts: Open the app for customizing how discounts are displayed.
These settings apply beyond an individual campaign and can affect how discounts are handled or presented in your store.
