Integrating Member System with Subscription
Integrating Member System with the Subscription app lets subscription customers earn points automatically each time a subscription contract is fulfilled, plus bonus points when they reach fulfillment milestones you set. For example, you can award 100 points per fulfillment and an extra 100 points on the third fulfillment to encourage customers to keep subscribing. You can also limit coupons redeemed with points to subscription products to drive repeat purchases.
This guide explains how to integrate Subscription, set up a subscription fulfillment points rule, restrict points rewards for subscription products, and cancel the integration.
Prerequisites for Integrating Subscription with Member System
Before you start, make sure that:
- The app is installed: The Subscription app is installed in your store. If it isn't, you can go to the App Store to install it from the integration pop-up.
- You haven't reached your integration limit: Except for the Pro plan, each Member System plan limits the number of apps you can integrate. The integration page shows how many integrations you have left. If you've reached the limit, upgrade your plan or cancel another app's integration first.
