Example Use Case
Here is a practical example of using the Create store reviews trigger to respond to negative reviews quickly.
Scenario: Send a notification email to your customer service manager immediately when a customer gives your store a rating of 2 stars or lower.
- Trigger: Create store reviews
- Condition: If [Comment Score] is less than or equal to [2]
-
Action: Send email
- Subject: New Negative Store Review - [Comment Score] stars
- Content: Customer [Customer name] gave your store [Comment Score] stars. Review content: [Content]. Please check and reply in the Product Review app as soon as possible.
-
Recipient: Manually enter the customer service manager’s email address.
Note: To insert the variables shown in square brackets (such as the comment score), click + Add variables and select the corresponding parameters.
- Outcome: The customer service manager is notified as soon as a negative review is submitted and can address it promptly. This prevents the reviews from going unanswered for too long and affecting other customers' purchase decisions.
