Calculate the commission

If you want to calculate the commission for a specific order, SHOPLINE provides the calculation method as:

Collected commission = {Order amount * Exchange rate of A - Commission-free quota} * Commission rate * Exchange rate B

  • Commission-free quota

When the currency of the order is TWD and the commission is waived for USD, then:

  • Exchange rate A = Exchange rate {TWD >> USD}
  • Exchange rate B = Exchange rate {TWD >> CNY}

Why convert the exchange rate?

1. Currently SHOPLINE only supports CNY and USD to waive the commission.

If your customer check out with other currencies, we will convert the exchange rate so that you can use the quota easily.
