Blacklist function allows you to block some countries/regions from visiting your website.
Step 1. Go to [Online Store] > [Preferences].
Step 2. Look for the "Blacklist of regions with restricted access" > "Add restricted regions".
A. Add some specific countries/regions to the blacklist.
Click the arrow to expand the list of countries/regions, choose the country/region you wish to blacklist > Click 'Add' button to complete the setup.
B. Add a whole continent to the blacklist
Step 1. For example, if you want to restrict all countries/regions in Europe, click the arrow next to "Europe" to expand the counties/region list.
Step 2. Check the box for "All Europe countries/regions", you will see the total number (52) of countries/regions been selected.
Step 3. Click Add to complete the set up.
For customers from blacklisted countries, a close notice would be displayed when entering your website. 
Note: The setting takes 30 minutes to update and apply to your store.
