Enabling Customer Login with Line Account

In addition to registering as a member using email, SHOPLINE also offers customers the option to log in using their LINE accounts, allowing them to quickly and easily register or sign in to your store.

Configuring a one-click LINE account login is a feature developed by LINE that requires obtaining a Channel ID and Channel Secret from LINE Developers. You need to complete the preliminary process on LINE Developers before configuring it in the store admin. Due to the multi-step setup, please be patient and follow the steps accordingly. If the screen does not match the description or if any errors occur, take a screenshot of your screen and provide it to our online consultant in the SHOPLINE admin panel for further assistance.

    Notes:
    • If the email consent status is unapplied, your customers won't be able to complete registration/log in using LINE accounts in your store.
    • If it shows as applied, but some customers still receive error messages when trying to register/log in using LINE accounts, it means their LINE accounts are not linked to an email address. In this case, ask customers to bind their email addresses within LINE.
You need to enter LINE Login > open Web app > Callback URL, paste the Callback URL from the SHOPLINE admin into the text box, and then click Update.
