Viewing Exported Files

You can track the progress of your exports. Click on your avatar in the upper right corner of your SHOPLINE admin panel and select Bulk processing progress. Exported files are in Excel format. The maximum file size for exports is 10 MB, which is approximately equivalent to 350,000 user data entries.

Note: When exporting more than 350,000 customers, only the first 350,000 will be included in the report. To export all your customers, use the filtering features to create smaller groups based on specific criteria. Then, export each group separately.

Here's an example using SMS subscription status:

  1. In the customer list, filter by SMS subscription status. You can choose Unsubscribed, Subscribed, or Not subscribed.

  2. After applying the filter, click Export and select Customers that meet the filtered criteria to export a report for that specific group.

  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each desired filter category to export all your customers in batches.
