1. Introduction
Merchant can make advanced settings for customers orders.
（1） Prefix of order ID: Order ID starts from #1001 by default. merchant may add a prefix to create IDs, e. g. , "EN1001".
（2）Guidance on pending payments: If customers have orders pending payment, there will be guidance in the online shop reminding them to make payments.
2. Settings Instructions
In SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Settings] > [Basic Settings] > [Advanced settings].
3. Instruction
Enter the prefix into text box, there will be no prefixes if the box is blank.
Select "A guidance bar on pending payments is displayed in the online shop" to show customers guidance bar.
When you finished entering above information, you need to click "Update" at the bottom right to save the setting.
