Setting up shipping fees is an essential service that helps e-commerce merchants accurately calculate shipping costs for their products, ensuring transparency and improved customer satisfaction. Setting Up General Shipping Rates
If you prefer uniform shipping fees for all your products, simply set up the general shipping rates. This profile includes all your products by default. To add a shipping method applicable to all products, follow these steps:

From your SHOPLINE admin, go to Settings > Shipping and Delivery.

Click Add regional shipping fees in the General shipping rates module.

All your products are included by default. Click Add a shipping zone in the Zones and shipping rates module.

On the pop-up window, name the shipping zone and select applicable countries and regions. Then, click Create.

In the recently created shipping zone, click Add the shipping rates.

Fill in the information based on your business needs. Add conditions if necessary. Then, click Done.

To continue adding more shipping zones, click Add a shipping zone in the Zones and shipping rates module.
- Back in the setting page, click Update to complete adding the shipping rates.
Creating Custom Shipping Profiles
In addition to applying general shipping fees for all products, you have the option to set up shipping fees for specific products by creating custom shipping profiles. To create a shipping profile for a selected group of products, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Shipping and Delivery > Shipping fees, click Create new profile in the Custom shipping profile module.

Name the custom profile and click Add Product to select the products for this shipping profile.

Follow step 3 to step 7 in the Setting Up General Shipping Rates section to configure shipping zones and rates.
- Click Add to complete the setup.
