Once you have already created the Facebook pixel, you can directly bind it in SHOPLINE admin > [Channel] > [Connect Pixel] :

If you are using SHOPLINE Facebook Ads Agency, please contact your business manager/marketing manager for the Facebook advertising pixel code. Now go back to SHOPLINE ADMIN, and bind your Facebook pixel.
If you are using a [Personal Pixel] and [Personal Facebook Ad Account], and have not created「Business Manager」yet, please follow the steps below to setup in Business Manager. Please be reminded that only the active paid「personal ad account」can be transferred to the Business Manager.
At the same time, due to the limitation of Facebook, each Business Manager can only own one ad account, if you need to connect more than one ad account, the additional charge may be incurred （Please refer to Facebook Official Instruction，or contact Facebook for details）

Step 1: Get Your Personal Ad Account ID
You can log in your personal Facebook account, then go to Ads Manager and confirm your personal AD Account ID in the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Authorize your personal ad account to Ads Manager
Enter the Business Settings, click [Accounts] > [Ad Accounts], then click [Add] > [Add an Ad Account].
Enter your personal ad account id in the pop-up window [Ad Account ID], then click [Add AD Account] to complete it.
Step 3: Link with Your Personal Assets
Once your Business Manager has connected with the personal ad account, Facebook will automatically assign your personal pixel to Business Manager, you can go back to SHOPLINE ADMIN [Settings] > [Facebook Pixel] to check.
