To provide a better shopping experience, merchants can choose to use the multi-currency display function to allow customers to refer the product price to the local currency. In case your store operates in a single region, you can instead hide this option.
1. Enable the feature
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Settings] > [Basic settings]. Scroll down to [Payment currency], check the box to enable multi-currency switch settings.
After enabling the multi-currency switch settings, 7 currencies are provided for switching by default. You can click "Edit" to customize the language range. The more currencies, the wider the range that the customer can choose from.
The default currency can be set to auto-detect based on IP address or customized. Click 'Update' at the bottom and top of the page to save the settings.
2. View from storefront
After enabling the feature, a currency selector will appear at the storefront. Customers can switch according to their own needs. Once the currency is switched, customers can view the price on the product details page.
