When using the "Export/Import Product" feature in [Products], SHOPLINE uses a CSV format file that can store a large amount of data to save product information. However, some current Excel versions are not compatible with CSV files, and garbled characters may appear when opening a CSV file. You can use WPS (Windows, macOS) or Numbers (macOS) to open the CSV file instead. In addition, you can refer to the following methods to solve the problem according to the actual scenario.
If you need to know the Excel version you are using, you can check the version number through Microsoft's official guidelines.
