How to Select Operating Scenarios
The Marketing All-in-one app integrates marketing-related applications to help you quickly view and set up marketing activities. SHOPLINE provides you with four types of scenario-based operational solutions: boost conversion rates, increase profits, customers, and fission marketing, enabling you to improve the corresponding core business indicators, view the effect data before and after the setup, and improve the business effect and store operation efficiency.
Customer Operation
You can achieve lifelong customer management through the stages of acquisition, retention, and repurchase by increasing the store's subscribed users, retaining customers who are about to leave the store, and promoting customer lifetime value.
Search step: Go to Marketing > All in one Marketing > Solutions > Customers
The customer operation solutions show you the current number of subscribed users in the store and estimate the potential increase in subscribed users after configuring all the solutions under this category. If you are configuring a solution, it provides you with comparative data, showing the percentage increase before and after the configuration, making it convenient for you to compare the data.
Increasing the Store's Subscribed Users
This solution mainly helps you increase the number of subscribed users in your store, so that you can later establish contact with them, make marketing pushes to them, and so on.
You can create a subscription pop-up window for customers to register a subscription when they browse the page and display a discount code in the popup to improve the customer's subscription probability. Alternatively, you can enable accept subscriptions after checkout to increase the number of subscribed users in your store.
- You can directly click Start to go to the solution configuration page and follow the steps to create the discount code and subscription pop-up window, and you can also enable accept subscription after checkout.
- After you have set up the discount code and subscription pop-up window, the system automatically records the time of step completion and shows you on the solution list page the number of subscribed users after configuration, the sequential growth data compared to that before configuration, and the popup conversion rate in this solution.
Retain Customers Who Are About to Leave the Store
This solution mainly helps you increase retention and reduce the bounce rate of your store. You can create a customer retention pop-up window and show it when a customer is about to leave the page, and display a discount code in the popup to retain customers to place orders and reduce the bounce rate of the store.
You can click Start to go to the solution page, create the discount code one by one, and put the discount code in the customer retention popup.
Promote Customer Lifetime Value
This solution mainly helps you improve the return shopper rate, increase the number of members, and enhance customer loyalty to your store through the member system. After clicking, you go to the member system where you can set the VIP tiers, VIP benefits, and membership points to improve the return shopper rate.
Boosting Conversion Rates
You can encourage customers to see and participate in the campaign by setting discount activities and displaying corresponding styles, setting promotion activities, and enhancing store's shopping atmosphere, to boost store's conversion rates.

Setting Custom Style for Campaigns
This solution primarily focuses on bringing more exposure and clicks to attract customers to participate in campaigns and improve the conversion rate by setting discount campaigns and setting the style for the corresponding campaigns to be displayed in the store.
- You can directly click Start to go to the solution page, go to the discount campaign, create a discount code and automatic discount, and click Tag complete in the solution after creation. For details about the process of creating discount campaigns, you can refer to Discount Codes.
- After creating a discount campaign, you can customize the style for the campaign, so that it can be displayed and exposed on the specified page to increase the views and brand personality of your campaign. For details about style settings, you can refer to Design Maker for Campaigns.
- After you have created all the steps within the solution, the system records the time of step completion and tag completion and shows in the solution list the sales and orders that the solution brings. If you have configured only some of the steps, the system shows the estimated improvement data after completing all the steps.
Boosting Store's Conversion Rates
This solution mainly helps you promote the purchase to boost the store's conversion rates by setting up free shipping, flash sales campaigns, and other campaigns.
- You can directly click Start to go to the solution page, and create a subscription pop-up window, product countdown timer, free shopping automatic discount, flash sales campaign to promote purchase. - After you have created all the steps within the solution, the system records the time of step completion and tag completion and shows in the solution list the sales and orders that the solution brings. If you have configured only some of the steps, the system shows the estimated improvement data after completing all the steps.
Enhancing Store's Shopping Atmosphere
This solution helps you improve the sense of urgency of shopping in the store and encourages customers to make quick purchases, thus boosting the store's conversion rates.
You can directly click Start to go to the solution page, and create shopping status, create a countdown pop-up window and create a countdown timer to improve the sense of urgency of shopping in the store.
Enhancing Marketing Atmosphere at Festivals
In this solution, you can set up relevant decorations and themes in your store according to different holidays to create a festive atmosphere. You can find matching holiday combinations in the marketing calendar and popup apps to make your store atmosphere more unified.
You can directly click Start to set the marketing calendar, festival pop-up window, and festival notice board, to help you increase the atmosphere during the holiday and boost the conversion rate.
Increasing Profits
You can increase profits of the store by increasing average transaction value and encouraging customers to add items in the shopping cart.
- Search step: Go to Marketing > All in one Marketing > Menu > Solutions.
- The increased profits solutions show you the store's current average transaction value and sales. If you are configuring a solution, it provides you with comparative data showing the percentage increase before and after the configuration, facilitating data comparison.
Increasing Average Transaction Value
You can set up online store campaigns, provide your customers with a better shopping experience, and increase average transaction value through recommendations.
- This solution helps you set up campaigns that increase in-store average transaction value by four steps, namely, enabling automatic tie-ins, selecting gifts, creating free gift campaigns, and setting bulk discounts.
- The automatic tie-in feature uses algorithms to automatically pair and promote products in your store, encouraging customers to make bundled purchases and increasing the average transaction value.
- When setting free gift campaigns, you can set a certain quantity/amount threshold to guide customers to make purchases in your store and reach the threshold to receive a free gift. For specific configuration settings, you can refer to Free Gift User Guide.
- You can also set bulk discounts to establish package prices for your products, such as USD 50 for 3 and USD 80 for 4 products, to attract customers to purchase more items.

- This solution uses features such as setting the cart discount code, setting the add-on item progress bar, and creating shopping cart add-on item activities to help you encourage customers to continue adding items to their carts.

- You can set up multiple tiers within the add-on item progress bar activity to encourage shoppers to purchase more items for a better discount.
