Once enabled, corresponding notifications will be sent to your customers.

Note: Enabling these message notifications will deduct the corresponding quotas from your WhatsApp package, so please ensure you have a valid WhatsApp package to support the usage and deduction.

Understanding WhatsApp Usage Quotas

The deduction for a single message in WhatsApp varies depending on the country or region. Typically, a single marketing-type message costs 4 message quotas per conversation. If the country or region cannot be identified, the deduction follows a set of two predefined amounts.

Specific deductions for a single message in different countries or regions are detailed in the table below:

Notes:
  • The information provided may fluctuate based on market changes. For accurate and up-to-date information, please refer to the official WhatsApp document or contact WhatsApp directly.
  • WhatsApp package pricing is based on quota. The package balance will be deducted based on quota behind a corresponding country in the table. The system will charge the price by "Else" if the country doesn't show quota rules.
