Connecting Your Email Accounts to SHOPLINE
To enhance the convenience and efficiency of customer service management, SHOPLINE enables the linking of your customer service email accounts to the message center in the admin panel. This feature allows you to seamlessly receive and respond to customer emails, along with messages from other support channels you offer, all within a centralized location. With this practical feature, you can streamline the customer service process, contributing to increased customer satisfaction.
Linking Your Email Account
To link your email account to the message center of SHOPLINE’s admin panel, follow the steps below:
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > Message.
- In the "Connect multiple channels to reach more customers" section, locate Email and click the Go to settings button.

On the "Email" page, click Sync now.

Fill in the necessary information in the pop-up window, including the sender’s name, email address, and either the email password or authorization code. Then, click Next.

Select the folders you want to synchronize to SHOPLINE’s message center, and click Confirm to complete the linking.

Setting Up Email Signature
To reinforce your branding impression and professionalism, you can attach a unique email signature to the emails you reply to your customers. To configure your email signature, follow these steps:
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > Message.
- In the "Customize settings to create a tailored customer experience" section, click Go to settings next to the "Email setting" option.
- On the "Email signature" page, click Create a signature.
- Create your signature by providing a title and the content. Then, click Save and set as default to use it as the default signature, or click Save to save this signature as an option for future use.
Responding to Customer Messages
To reply to emails from your customers through SHOPLINE’s message center, follow the steps below:
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > Messages.

In the "Connect multiple channels to reach more customers" section, locate Email, and click the Manage button to access the email management page.
- Click Sending and receiving emails.
- Now, you can click to view and respond to each customer’s email in this panel.
