Availability and Authorization
Currently, the connection supports Local to Local type of TikTok shops in Singapore, UK, and US regions. If your shop isn't in one of these regions, the connection is not supported at the time.
After you enable the TikTok sales channel, click on Shop to authorize your TikTok Shop. For UK/SG shops, click on Countries other than the United States to continue to authorize. For US shops, click on United States.
Note: your SHOPLINE currency must match the region of the authorized TikTok Shop. For example, if the TikTok Shop is located in the US, your SHOPLINE currency must be USD or the authorization will fail. |
Completing the Required Configurations
To ensure that your TikTok Shop orders can be successfully returned to your admin, in the TikTok > Shop section, go to the Settings tab and complete the default email setting and logistics company mapping before using this plugin.
Setting Default Email
TikTok Shop offers two fulfillment options for TikTok Shop orders: platform fulfillment (TikTok shipping) and merchant fulfillment (Seller shipping). If the fulfillment method for the returned order is platform fulfillment, where customer data is encrypted, SHOPLINE relies on the default email address set in TikTok > Shop > Settings to create the order in the admin.
Note: If you haven't provided a default email address, orders with platform fulfillment will not be returned to the SHOPLINE admin. |
Setting Logistics Company Mapping
SHOPLINE and TikTok Shop operate on independent logistics systems. As a result, when TikTok Shop orders are returned to the SHOPLINE admin, a mapping relationship is needed to attribute the correct logistics company. For example, if your UPS logistics is named "UPS" in the TikTok Shop and "UPS UK" in SHOPLINE, you need to inform us of this mapping relationship.

Syncing Your SHOPLINE Products to the TikTok Shop
It takes three stages to sync your products to the TikTok Shop. You establish the product mapping between SHOPLINE and TikTok Shop, complete the required product information for each TikTok Shop category you select, and then initiate the synchronization.
Establishing Product Mapping
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to the TikTok sales channel > Shop. Click the Map products button on the Home Page tab or the Product mapping tab.
- Select the SHOPLINE products for your TikTok Shop. You can search for products by category or product titles. Find and check the products you need, and then click the Map Products button on the toolbar above the product list or in the lower right corner.
- Select a TikTok Shop category for the selected products from the dropdown menu for mapping and click the Map Products button. In the next screen, a message shows if the mapping is successfully established, and you can find the Mapped product list showing the current mapped TikTok Shop categories. Repeat steps 2-4 for all the products to be synced with TikTok Shop to establish the mapping relationships.
Completing the Required Product Information for the Categories
Different TikTok Shop categories require different additional information. All the required information for the categories must be completed to enable product synchronization. Refer to the next section for details about how to finish this task in bulk using a template.
- From the Product synchronization tab, select the products you want to sync.
- If the required information for a category is not complete, the prompt To sync this product, edit the required product details first. will display below the product name. Click Edit product to add the required information for the TikTok Shop category in the pop-up window.
Typically, you need to provide product weight, length, width, and height information. Some TikTok Shop categories may also require additional information like size charts, product certificates, and SKU codes for product variants. Ensure that the SKU information you enter follows the specifications or the product won't be synced successfully.
Syncing Products
After completing the required product information, you can proceed with syncing products.
- Find the products to be synced, and click Synchronize from the Operation column to initiate synchronization. Products that haven’t been synced have the status of Not synced.
- A message will display above the product list showing the synchronization results, along with a corresponding icon displayed in the Status column.
-
- Sync Successful: Your SHOPLINE product is successfully created in TikTok Shop. You can check this product in the TikTok Seller Center.
-

Note: Due to interface limitations, only plain text information will be synced for product descriptions during the product sync process.
Mapping Products in Bulk Using a Template
When manually syncing each product to the TikTok Shop, you first select the product to be synced and then complete the required product Information for the TikTok category. To improve your operational efficiency, we now support syncing products in bulk with a template.
To create a template, follow these steps:
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to the TikTok sales channel > Shop. Click the Create template button in the Mapping template tab.
- Name the template and select the category on the TikTok shop.
- The product information to be completed is displayed. The items vary based on the category selected, and those marked with a red asterisk are required information. Please complete the template information based on actual conditions. Click the Create template button once you finish.
Now that the template is successfully created, you can select the template for product mapping when you select the category for the products. Click the Use this template to map button, and the required information will be automatically filled in. Go to the Product synchronization tab and finish the syncing process.
Managing Synced Products
After the products are successfully synced, the following changes made to the products in the SHOPLINE admin will automatically reflect in TikTok Shop: deleting a product, updating its availability status, adjusting the price, or modifying the inventory. For any other information updates, you must manually sync the product again in the Product synchronization tab for the changes to take effect in TikTok Shop. Another round of review from TikTok is required for these updates before they can sync. Due to interface limitations, whether the update is successful or not, the sync status for that product will display as Sync Successful.
Note: If you modify the inventory in the TikTok Shop, this change will not be synced to SHOPLINE admin. |
Managing TikTok Shop Orders
Once your SHOPLINE products are synced to TikTok Shop, if a product is included in a TikTok Shop order, that order will be returned to your SHOPLINE admin and labeled TikTok. You can manage the orders both in your SHOPLINE admin and TikTok Seller Center.

When an order is returned or refunded in your TikTok Shop, the corresponding order in the SHOPLINE admin will not reflect such action. You need to manually initiate an order return or refund in the SHOPLINE admin, and in the meantime, you can select if you want to restock the inventory. Lastly, when you cancel an order in the TikTok Shop, the corresponding order in the SHOPLINE admin will be canceled as well. How can I obtain the logistics service provider and tracking ID for SHOPLINE orders?
From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Orders and find the order you need. You can view the logistics service provider and tracking ID for the order on the order details page.

Due to current technical limitations, one SHOPLINE store can only be associated with one TikTok Shop account. If you need to change the connected TikTok Shop account, go to TikTok Seller Center, find the SHOPLINE Feed app in App & Service > My App & Service, and revoke the authorization. After revoking authorization, the SHOPLINE store will be disconnected from the TikTok Shop.
Note: Revoking authorization will break the synchronization for products and orders between SHOPLINE and TikTok Shop. To connect the same TikTok Shop to SHOPLINE, you need to re-authorize. Initiate product synchronization again to sync products and orders between SHOPLINE and TikTok Shop. Orders need to be created with the products after the synchronization in TikTok Shop.
