The "Data management" section in the Enterprise admin panel provides you with an overview of your organization’s sales performance. This section enables you to monitor and manage analytics across all stores within your organization. Access to the "Data Management" section requires organization-level permission.

Summary Metrics
In the "All Stores" section, you will find a summary of aggregated analytical metrics across the stores in your organization. The two metrics are listed below:
Summary Metric | Description |
Sales | "Sales" displays the order amount for orders that have been placed and completed across the stores. This includes various elements such as product tax, shipping fees, discount amounts, and refunded amounts, encompassing orders from all sales channels and imported orders. |
Orders | "Orders" illustrates the number of successfully placed orders from all the stores in your organization, including imported orders. |
If the stores in your organization use different currencies, you can click Switch next to the currently used currency to select which currency to use when reviewing the data. Only the currencies used in your stores will be listed in the selection menu.
Store-Specific Analytics
Below the "All Stores" section, you'll find the individual data for each store in your organization.
Store Data Overview
The metrics displayed for each store include sales, sessions, order numbers, average order value (AVO), and conversion rate. Clicking on each metric will take you to the corresponding report where you can access more detailed information. To view comprehensive analytical metrics, click View control panel in the upper right of the store section.
Filtering Data
To meet your needs, utilize the provided filtering features at the top to screen the data you prefer to review.
- Date range: Click to select a specific date range for data review. You can also select to compare the date range with none, the previous date range, or the same data range in the last year.
- Store status: You can filter data by store status. Choose among open, closed, frozen, locked, logged out stores.
- Search bar: To find data for a specific store, enter the store name, handle, or main domain into the search bar.
- Sort: You can sort the data by sales, sessions, conversion rate, or handle. Data can be arranged in ascending or descending order.
- Auto refresh: If the feature is enabled, the data will automatically refresh every 60 seconds. This feature is only available for the data range "Today.
Exporting Data
For data tracking and recording, you can export organization data based on your configuration. The steps are straightforward:
- From your Enterprise admin panel, go to Data management.
- Arrange the data based on your preferences and needs.
- Click Export data at the top, and the notification window will pop up.
- Click Export, and the data report will be sent to your contact email for download.
