Connecting LINE Account to SHOPLINE
To enhance your message management efficiency, you can centrally respond to and manage LINE messages in SHOPLINE Admin - Messages.
Guide to LINE Integration
- Go to https://manager.line.biz/ and click on the Log in/Sign up with LINE account button to proceed.
If you do not have a LINE account, please click Create an account to set up a new one.
- Click Create LINE Business ID and the system will redirect you to a new website, where you can start signing up for your new business account. Click Create LINE official account and fill out the required information in the form.
- Proceed to the Application complete page and click on Go to LINE Official Account Manager Home page.
- Go to Settings in the upper right corner.
- Click on Enable Messaging API.
- Fill out developer info, and provider info, then hit the Agree button.
- You will be able to see the created account on the LINE Official Account Manager home page, copy the Channel ID and Channel secret on the page, and paste them to the LINE integration page in SHOPLINE Admin.
- Go to SHOPLINE Admin > Messages in the sidebar > find LINE and click Go to settings.
- Click on Connect now and input the account information then you will be done connecting.
- Paste the Channel ID and Channel secret from LINE Official Account Manager, and copy the webhook SHOPLINE Admin creates.
- Paste it to the LINE Officially Account Manager page, and click on LINE Developers below.
- On the Products page, click Message API.
- Click Start now, and start filling out the form, then choose Create after completing.
- In the Message API section, copy Bot basic ID and paste it to SHOPLINE Admin.
- Go back to the LINE Developers page, and scroll down on the Messaging API page to find Channel access token. Select Issue, and copy the token.
- Go back to SHOPLINE Admin and paste the token into the form. Make sure every data in each column is synced to data in LINE Official Account Manager, click Connect now after completion.
- Go to LINE Official Account Manager > Settings > Response settings page and open toggles of Chat, Greeting message and Webhooks in the “Toggle responses” section.
Manage LINE Message
After connecting, you can see all messages from customers in Messages and LINE Official Account Manager. Go to Messages > View your message and click on LINE’s icon. You can start viewing all LINE messages.
