Enhancing Content Library with AI 

 

The Content Library feature in SHOPLINE's Message Center allows you to upload knowledge base files, such as those related to shipping services and after-sales policies. Leveraging AI technology, the system intelligently learns and analyzes these files to automatically generate FAQs about your store. This helps to improve work efficiency and optimize customer service experience.

Note: Your uploaded data is used solely for AI model training. You can remove the data from the AI model at any time after uploading. SHOPLINE will not use your data for any other purposes.

Steps to Creating AI-generated FAQ Content

After you upload relevant documents, the AI technology featured in the Content Library section automatically analyzes the data and generates possible frequently asked questions from customers. To create AI-suggested FAQ content to enhance your customer experience, follow the steps below:

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > Messages. Then, locate the Chat Assistant option and click Go to settings.

  2. Select Content Library and click the AI content suggestion button in the upper right corner.

  3. Click Manage database to access the AI content suggestion page.

  4. Click Add data to upload the files based on which you want to generate FAQs. You can add up to 20 files.

  5. In the pop-up ​​Add data window, click the upload icon or drag and drop the file to upload it. Ensure the format, size, and numbers adhere to the specified rules. Then, click Confirm upload.

  6. During the file upload, the system will display the progress in real-time. Click Complete once the upload is successful.

  7. Now, the AI model automatically initiates data processing. Three common processing statuses are explained as follows:

    • Processing the data: indicates that the uploaded file is being analyzed. 
    • Data analysis failed: suggests that the AI model fails to analyze the uploaded file.
    • No status shown: means that the file has been successfully analyzed, and suggested content is available.

  8. Once the processing completes, find the suggested FAQ content on the AI content suggestion page. Feel free to perform actions, including Add to content library, Edit, and Delete, based on your needs.

  9. If the uploaded file is no longer needed, click the delete icon to remove it.
