Setting Up Auto Renewal for Your POS Plans
To streamline your store management, SHOPLINE POS offers an auto-renewal feature. By enabling auto-renewal, you can automatically renew your subscription plans and registers, ensuring uninterrupted service. The system will charge your designated payment method, eliminating the need for manual renewals. This allows you to focus on growing your business rather than administrative tasks.
This article will guide you through setting up automatic renewals for your POS, helping you improve efficiency and maintain smooth store operations.
Automatic Renewal for POS Subscription
Setting up automatic renewal for your POS subscription plan is straightforward. Follow these steps:
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > POS > Store.
- Select the location for which you want to enable automatic subscription renewal, and then click Manage plans.
- Under the Store plan section, verify your current subscription plan details.
- In the Automatic renewal card, click Turn on Automatic renewal.
- A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to bind a payment card for fee deduction. If necessary, navigate to Settings > Plan > Current bound cards to bind a card.
Automatic Renewal for Registers
To maintain uninterrupted POS operations, you can configure automatic renewal for a minimum number of registers. If the number of active registers drops below this threshold, the system will automatically purchase additional registers to restore the desired quantity. Here's how to configure automatic renewal:
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > POS > Store.
- Select the location for which you want to enable automatic register renewal, and then click Manage plans.
- In the Register section, locate the Automatic purchasing card and click Turn on Automatic purchase.
- In the pop-up window, specify the desired minimum number of registers. The minimum number cannot exceed your current available register count.
- Choose your preferred payment frequency and click Turn on Automatic purchase.
- A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to bind a payment card for fee deduction. If necessary, navigate to Settings > Plan > Current bound cards to bind a card.
Note: Automatic renewal applies only to subscribed registers. To purchase additional registers, click Add registers in the first card in the Register section. |
