Analytics Overview

 

SHOPLINE Analytics provides a comprehensive suite of tools to help you track and analyze your store's performance. It consists of three main sections: Analytics, Reports, and Live View.

 

Comprehensive Store Performance Analytics

The Analytics section offers a real-time overview of your store's key metrics, including sales, orders, sessions, and conversion rates. You can easily monitor your store's performance over time and identify trends and patterns. For example, you can track sales trends over the past month, analyze customer behavior on your website, and measure the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns.

 

In-Depth Reports for Strategic Insights

The Reports section provides more than 70 pre-built reports for a more in-depth analysis of your store's data. You can even create custom reports to analyze specific metrics and trends. SHOPLINE offers over 80 default reports, covering topics such as sales, traffic, customers, and marketing. You can filter reports by date, product, customer, or other criteria, export reports to CSV or Excel for further analysis, and share reports with other team members.

 

Real-Time Activity Monitoring with Live View

The Live View section provides a real-time view of your store's activity. You can see live sessions, orders, and sales as they happen. This is a valuable tool for monitoring the impact of marketing campaigns and promotions. For example, you can see how many visitors are on your website at any given time, track the number of orders being placed, and identify which products are selling the best.
