Duplicating Channel Products to SHOPLINE

To duplicate products from external channels to your SHOPLINE store, follow these steps:

Notes:
  • Only unconnected products can be duplicated to SHOPLINE. Any products that have already been connected will be skipped.
  • To prevent errors, ensure that your channel products have unique, non-empty SKU values. Duplicated or blank SKUs will cause the duplication to fail.

  1. Open the Multichannel Connect app and go to Products. In the Channel products tab, select the channel from which you want to duplicate products.
