As part of our commitment to providing enhanced tools and services, SHOPLINE will transition the current Google and Facebook Feed functionalities to a more advanced product synchronization solution, Smart Feed. Effective February 28, 2025, the existing Feed services for Google and Facebook channels will be discontinued.
This transition offers merchants improved data management, flexible product displays, and greater competitiveness.
Why Transition to Smart Feed?
Smart Feed is designed to offer several benefits over the current Feed services:
- Unified Product Information Management: Manage Feed data for multiple channels on one platform, streamlining operations and ensuring consistency.
- Real-time Updates and Synchronization: Instantly update product data to respond swiftly to market changes.
- Customizable Rules: Optimize ad placements and improve conversion rates with flexible rule settings.
Timeline and Action Required
The current Google and Facebook Feed services will end on February 28, 2025. To ensure uninterrupted synchronization of your product data, please transit to Smart Feed as soon as possible.
Transition Steps
For Google Feed Users

Disable Google Feed:
- Log in to your SHOPLINE admin panel.
- Navigate to Channels > Google.
- Go to the Product Sync page and turn off all Feed toggles.
Note: Once Google Feed is disabled, it cannot be re-enabled.
- Ensure all Feeds are disabled. Once completed, the Google Product Sync page will disappear, and the channel homepage will display the Smart Feed entrance.

Activate Smart Feed:
- On the Google Channel homepage, locate the Smart Feed entrance under the Product Sync module.
- Click "Use Now" to access the Smart Feed application and manage your product Feed data.

For Facebook Feed Users

Disable Facebook Feed:
- Log in to your SHOPLINE admin panel.
- Navigate to Channels > Facebook.
- Enter the Shop Module, then click Stop Sync.
Note: Once Google Feed is disabled, it cannot be re-enabled.
- The Shop module will update, displaying the Smart Feed entrance.

Activate Smart Feed:
- On the Facebook Channel homepage, locate the Smart Feed entrance under the Shop module.
- Click "Go" to access the Smart Feed application and manage your product Feed data.

Important Notes
- If the transition is not completed by February 28, 2025, the system will automatically disable the Google and Facebook Feed functionalities on February 28, 2025. These features will then be permanently unavailable, and your feeds will no longer display to customers.
- To avoid disruptions, we strongly encourage merchants to complete the transition promptly.
