Setting Up Pickup Points for Product Delivery (Hong Kong Only)
Setting up pickup points for product delivery is a convenient option for customers who prefer to collect their orders from a nearby location rather than have them delivered to their home. This service can reduce delivery costs, improve delivery speed, and offer customers more flexibility in choosing when and where they receive their orders.
To provide a pickup point service in SHOPLINE, you need to configure the pickup points using the ONE Address app and enable this feature in your admin panel. Follow this guide to learn how to set it up.

Configuring Pickup Points in the ONE Address App
Before enabling the pickup point service, you must first set up the pickup locations using the ONE Address app. Follow these steps:
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to the SHOPLINE App Store, search for the ONE Address app, and click Install.
- Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup:
2.1 Click Go to the Pickup Point Service, then follow the instructions in this section to enable the pickup point service in your SHOPLINE admin panel.
2.2 Click Go to Shipping Fee Settings Page to configure at least one shipping method for your selected regions. For detailed instructions, refer to the "Configuring Shipping Profiles" guide.
2.3 In the Pick Up Point tab, select the specific pickup points you want to offer to your customers.
2.4 In the Set Up tab, choose the display language for your store and specify the regions where the pickup service will be available.
To modify these settings later, go to the Set Up tab to change the display language and available regions, or go to the Pick Up Point tab to adjust the selected pickup locations.
Enabling Pickup Point Service in the Admin Panel
To enable the pickup point service, follow the steps below:
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Settings > Shipping and Delivery.
- Locate the Deliver to pickup point section and enable the toggle switch for the ONE Address app.
- To quickly verify or adjust the pickup point settings, click the external link icon next to the enable switch to access the app.
Once the feature is enabled, customers will be able to view the available pickup points and choose one for order delivery.
