Connecting Criteo to SHOPLINE

- Bind your Criteo Partner ID to SHOPLINE

- Sync your product feed to Criteo
Binding Your Criteo Partner ID to SHOPLINE
The first step to integrating Criteo is to bind your Criteo account with SHOPLINE. You can do this by entering the Partner ID, provided by Criteo, into the relevant settings page within SHOPLINE. Follow these steps:

From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels and install Criteo.
- Obtain your Partner ID by following these steps:
2.1 Log in to your Criteo account and click Events tracking in the left-hand menu.
2.2 Under Select a data set, click the selector and choose your account name.
2.3 Your Partner ID is the number displayed in parentheses after your account name.

Return to the settings page of your SHOPLINE admin panel, enter the Partner ID, and click Bind now to complete the account connection.

User Behavior Event Reporting
After you bind your Criteo Partner ID, SHOPLINE will automatically upload key user behavior data from your store to the Criteo platform. This enables precise ad targeting and remarketing attribution, helping you optimize your advertising performance. Please note:
- All reported events are automatically tagged with your configured Partner ID to ensure accurate attribution.
- The reported data supports ad triggering, product recommendations, and conversion attribution workflows.
- The data is reported automatically by the system, requiring no additional code.

Syncing Product Feeds to Criteo
To enable dynamic, product-level ad targeting on Criteo, you must sync your store’s product data with Criteo. SHOPLINE offers a built-in Smart Feed app to automatically generate and upload the required product feed files for you. Follow these steps to complete the sync:

Log in to your SHOPLINE admin panel and go to Channels > Criteo. In the Sync products to Criteo section, click Go to Smart Feed.

In the Smart Feed app, go to the Google tab and locate the specific Google Feed item.
Note: Criteo and Google share the same XML feed file. -
Click the paper clip icon in the Action column.

In the pop-up window, locate the Criteo section and click Generate XML File Link. The system will generate a Criteo-compatible XML file using your current Google Feed configuration.

Once the file is successfully generated, a valid XML link will be displayed. Click Copy link, then paste the URL into your Criteo Ads Manager to complete the product feed sync.
