Syncing Product Information to Channels
To streamline product management after connecting your products to external sales channels, the Multichannel Connect app allows you to enable automatic syncing of product information from SHOPLINE to those channels. Once enabled, any updates made in SHOPLINE to product information (specifically product titles, descriptions, and images) will be automatically synced to your connected channels.

How to Sync Product Information
When information sync is enabled, updates to product titles, descriptions, and images in SHOPLINE will automatically be reflected in your connected sales channels.
| Note: The Multichannel Connect app will start syncing product information changes only AFTER you enable this feature. Any changes made before enabling it will not be synced. |
Follow these steps to set it up:
- In the Multichannel Connect app, go to Settings > Product Settings.
- In the Sync info section, click Rule settings.
- On the settings page, configure the syncing rules:

- Product description
- Product images (not supported for eBay)

Applicable stores: Choose to enable information syncing for all channels, selected channels, or selected stores.
Note: Syncing product information to Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Zalora is currently not supported.

- Click Save or Update to apply your settings.
- Return to the Sync info section and enable the feature.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What happens if I edit a product directly in the sales channel?
A: If automatic syncing is enabled, any changes made in SHOPLINE will overwrite manual edits in the sales channel. To maintain consistency, we recommend managing all updates within SHOPLINE.
Q2: My image order has changed in SHOPLINE, but it's not syncing. Why?
A: Image syncing is triggered only when images are added or deleted. Simply rearranging the order of images is currently not supported.
Q3: Does the sync include inventory levels?
A: Inventory syncing is handled separately. Please refer to the Enabling Shared Inventory guide or detailed instructions.
Q4: How long does it take for updates to reflect on sales channels?
A: Syncing typically completes within a few minutes. However, delays may occur due to large data volumes or network issues. If updates don't appear right away, please allow more time for the sync to finish.
